Voices from across the Arab world, many of them women carrying songs forward—Rim Banna, Sanaa Moussa and Maysa Daw keeping the Palestinian song alive, Marcel Khalife’s familiar weight beside them. Ghalia Benali, Dorsaf Hamdani and Yasmine Hamdan move between heritage and something freer, while Mashrou’ Leila, Jawhar, Taxi Kebab and Bedouin Burger pull the same language toward the contemporary and the strange. Memory and melody held close.
